This vest in Ocean Blue impresses with its construction from pure Indian cotton, which is known for its durability, breathability and soft feel.

Each quilted vest is unique, carefully handcrafted using the traditional hand-block method. Experienced artisans carve the designs into wooden blocks, which are then used to hand-print the fabric.

Each individual color element of the design requires a separately carved block.

Depending on the complexity of the pattern, the fine cotton fabric is therefore stamped several times with the highest precision, with each layer of color having to dry under the influence of the sun before the next color element is stamped on.

The demanding manufacturing process involves over 1000 careful steps until the design has been fully and accurately transferred to the fabric.

This is also how the typical, completely individual patterns are created, making each vest a truly unique piece.

For cleaning, we recommend washing the garment by hand or airing it out occasionally.

It is lightly padded and therefore ideal for spring and autumn, or to fully enjoy cool summer evenings.
